Some teas you may re-steep and still get a pleasant taste.

The best teas to re-steep a 2nd or 3rd time are black, green and oolong teas.

1. Put in 2 teaspoons of loose tea or 2 tea bags for every cup (8 oz) of tea.
2. Fill your pitcher or glass halfway with hot water.
3. Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on personal preference.
4. Fill the pitcher or glass up the rest of the way with cold water, then take out the tea leaves or bags.
5. Pour your tea over ice and serve.

We absolutely do. We offer free shipping on orders over $49 within the US.

We offer a flat rate shipping of $6.95 for all orders of $49 and under, within the US.

For International orders, rates are calculated at checkout.

Orders received by 1pm (EST) Monday to Friday usually ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm, ship the next business day.

The shipping carrier usually takes 1-5 business days to deliver your package and you will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your tracking number, once your order is shipped.
